Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days to US addresses. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders, no minimum required.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States only.

Orders and returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@wovellen.com. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.

What bulbs do your fixtures use?

Most fixtures use standard E26 (medium base) bulbs unless stated otherwise. We recommend LED bulbs in 2700-3000K warm white for the most flattering light.

Can I use a dimmer switch?

Many fixtures are compatible with standard dimmers when paired with a dimmable LED bulb. Check the product description or contact us before purchasing.
